King of Glory Church

Fisher built the original building in 1985 and then an 18,000 square foot addition in 2008. The 2008 addition included a new fellowship area, offices, classrooms, new main entry, new elevator and related site work.

The project consisted of a very tight budget which required numerous value engineering efforts by all parties before the project could even begin. There was a level of complexity due to the work on the main entry which required parishioners to use a basement door at times and walk through the construction of the new entry during others. The owner provided their own labor to complete some of the painting which added an additional layer of complexity to the project.

Fisher worked closely with the owner to install a new fire sprinkler system in the existing sanctuary. This was particularly challenging due to the exposed beam construction and the owners desire to camouflage the pipes from the view of parishioners below.
